Order fulfillment takes 3 to 5 business days.


Shipping Department Operations:  12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday & Friday 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.  NO PICK-UP ON Weekends! 

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Items can be returned for exchange or Store Credit. No Refunds. Posers must receive unused/unworn items within 15 days of purchase. Due to COVID restrictions. Posers is not liable for your shipping cost.  Please contact us at shop@posersonline.com within two weeks of purchase to initiate an exchange. 

Shipping

  • Posers is not responsible for shipped orders with the status "In transit" or "Delivered" in USPS or UPS tracking history. 

  • Posers is not obligated to pay international import taxes under any circumstances. 

  • The customer is responsible for all related shipping costs. Posers is not liable for ANY shipping cost.

  • Protect Your Purchase: Package Returns Securely to Avoid Restocking Fees.
