Order fulfillment takes 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Department Operations :  12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday & Friday 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.  (PT) NO Weekends! 

Posers is not liable for fulfilled orders that have the status "In transit" or "Delivered" in their USPS or UPS tracking history. Please contact your service provider.

Exchanges & Refunds
  • Items can be returned for exchange or Store Credit. No Refunds. Posers must receive unused/unworn item within 15 days of purchase. Due to COVID restrictions. Posers is not liable for your shipping cost.  Please contact us at within two weeks of purchase to initiate exchange. 


  • Posers is not responsible for shipped orders with status "In transit" or "Delivered" in USPS or UPS tracking history. 
  • Posers is not obligated to pay international import taxes under any circumstances. 
  • Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs. Posers is not liable for ANY shipping cost.
