Shipping, Exchanges and Refund Policies

We want every order to reach you quickly and every purchase to feel right. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship, handle exchanges, and process store credit.

 

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Our shipping department processes orders Monday–Thursday, 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. No pick-up is available on weekends.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges and store credit on unused, unworn items returned within 15 days of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds. You are responsible for return shipping costs. To start an exchange, email us at shop@posersonline.com within two weeks of your purchase date.

 

Received Something Wrong?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we've got you. Contact us immediately at shop@posersonline.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll make it right.

 

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. All international orders are subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
