How do I make a return?

Online returns can be exchanged in store, please call/email prior to your visit.
Do you issue refunds?
At this time we do not offer refunds.
How long do I have to make an exchange?
You have 15 days from the day of purchase to return and exchange your order.
Do you offer refunds?
We’re currently do not offer refunds. At this time we only offer store credit and exchanges. For online store credit you will receive it as gift card in the email attached to your account/order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Our turn around time is very small. However you may send an email, live chat or call the store to intercept the shipment.
Why are items missing from my package?
We are currently working on our website and ensuring our inventory is all accounted for. If you are missing an item it's possible your items were refunded.
Do you ship international? Do I have to pay custom fees?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please be advised international shipping is 8 - 15 business days and the rate is different for every destination country. You may check the rate at checkout. Please be advised some countries do require you pay custom fees. Posers Hollywood is not responsible for these fees.
Are your sizes listed in UK or US?
All of the size ranges are listed in UK and US. Usually in UK-W-Wformat depending on the shoe.
