Order fulfillment takes 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Department Operations :  12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday & Friday 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.  (PT) NO Weekends! 

Posers is not liable for fulfilled orders that have the status "In transit" or "Delivered" in their USPS or UPS tracking history. Please contact your service provider.

Exchanges & Refunds
  • Items can be returned for exchange or Store Credit. No Refunds. Posers must receive unused/unworn item within 15 days of purchase. Due to COVID restrictions. Posers is not liable for your shipping cost.  Please contact us at shop@posersonline.com within two weeks of purchase to initiate exchange. 

Shipping

  • Posers is not responsible for shipped orders with status "In transit" or "Delivered" in USPS or UPS tracking history. 
  • Posers is not obligated to pay international import taxes under any circumstances.
