For a second season Brit heritage brand, Fred Perry and the tailoring kings at Art Comes First have teamed up for SS17. The collection is inspired by 1960s Rudeboys, who originated in Jamaica and became a popular subculture in 1970s Britain. The sharp attitude of the Rudeboys is mirrored in the new collection that focuses on slick tailoring and crisp detailing, shown on the updated signature Twin Tipped shirt. Combined with Art Comes First's punk mentality, this collection is all about confidence, a Rudeboy trait that comes literally stitched into the garments. The collection includes a bomber jacket with a 'Leader Of The Pack' embroidered back patch and the symbolic ACF scissors and hat printed on the inside. The Fred Perry x Art Comes First SS17 collection will be available on February 4th in selected stores and online here.
